The drawings reflect strong line quality, great sense of construction, appealing sense of design, and vitality. Vol2tex 02/10/18 5:21:54 PM #16:	The main Russian artists I would hear about were people like Kandinsky, Malevich, Chagall, but through my own research and discovery I learned about Repin, Serov, Kramskoi, Makovsky, Bryullov. I don't know why they aren't that popular outside of Russia (aside from Repin), although I've noticed many of my past classmates at the art academy starting to mention these artists the past few years. I think Repin is the only one who even has books published in English and I don't recall seeing any of them at Barnes & Noble.
