Are you sure it was explicitly tied to being a virgin? I remember something similar, but it was in relation to being able to tell if a girl had anal sex.

Basically, as I remember it, the girl's legs would bend a certain way, combined with the motions of her walk changing. Sort of a case of "muscle memory," if you will.
