No_U_L7 02/04/18 6:06:25 PM #1:	i live downtown of a major metropolitan city, she charged me $650/month for rent 6 years ago when market value was $800, so that was already a crazy bargain. now market value in my area is close to $1,000. she said she'd feel bad raising my rent, so she'll just raise the price for the next person after i move out.
