I was actually scared that I could become like the MC. And I'm sure Sayas dont exist irl so yeah. It was a silly fear but still.

Short verison: The MC has severe brain damage that causes his sense to experience everything as a grotesque hellscape... Except for this one girl named Saya. The story is about his interactions with her and his messed up world view. If you're considering reading it I have to earn you it is EXTREMELY messed up. Lots of body horror, Gore, etc
