tonight i made schezuan beef. it is omg amazing.
sirloin beat to hell with a tenderizing hammer sliced super thin dipped in egg dipped in flour/corn starch/ paprika/ cayenne pepper/ black pepper / garlic salt / onion powder / salt fried in sesame oil last minute pour over schezuan sauce serve hot over rice hnnnng drinking water since this is a solo dinner though. --- ...
