I got modded only once for innaproriate censoring of one word. That was forever ago. Not scared of moderators. No need to be if you're not doing something wrong...

I've got a pretty dark sense of humor and usually get modded every couple of months. It's no big deal. You really have to say something truly abhorrent in order to get banned on this site.

Nope. Only time I get modded is when I foolishly ask about stuff against the ToS and/or not use the spoiler tags which are all my fault anyway.

No, I'm just afraid of Karma Loss. Posting restrictions are good but the last 10 kL moderation that I had was the worst.
