Most liberals are not doing it. Most of us are just pointing out the hypocrisy of the right. I hate that some on the left have sank that far. Many of us attacked Hilary when she sank to Trump's level with the deplorable comment.

Anyway I only see myself as a leftist because I was forced here, I prefer to be a centrist but I watched as the whole political system shifted to the right and ideals that were seen as far right fifteen years ago are mainstream today and the center left is now the left.

Now I think the two party system is flawed and both parties are crap. I hate how the republican party has embraced anti science policies and as such it's harder to support them. The Dems are not much better as often they back social issues without much thought to why. I do think it needs to be restarted and I don't think Trump is to blame. The highjacking of the right is well known. Look up Barry Goldwater. He saw the change in his party coming.

I'm a trump hater who also hated bush, but I can appreciate bush a little more now by comparison. The earliest memory of anything involving politics was when my parents were talking about the upcoming election that bush ended up winning, though they were voting for Dukakis. So yeah... I was originally talking about W. when I said bush, I just wanted to word that last part in a way that made it a twist, because I'm 35 and I remember bush Sr. running back then.
