I think that Dark Souls 3 had the best kinda ending possible for the series, and that From should do something else, like Bloodborne 2, or a "Souls-like" game in a different setting

I want more Armored Core first (which is coming)

The next souls should be focused more on permanent co-op, otherwise it's just going to get stale

I didn't even want a 3 to begin with so no I don't want a 4

Bloodborne demonstrated that they can shift the setting while not losing in anything in gameplay, so I'd rather they keep exploring new settings rather than rehashing the generic ass eurofantasy for the bajillionth time

I don't care if they make another game following the same lore or not. What I do want is another game with a similar battle system. Doesn't matter the setting.

Also this. Remaking DkS1 before DeS honestly suprised the shit outta me. There's a big market of PS4 Souls/BB fans who never owned a PS3 and never played DeS.

They've used the "Souls" formula four times now, which is centered around slow close combat.

Then they switched it up with faster, more spontaneous combat with Bloodborne.

I'd like to see them try something different. Maybe fleshing the magic side of DS out a lot and make a game based around that. I thought sorcery and pyro characters in DS (at least the first one) were fun.

Yes, they really showed off their range moving from english fantasy to victorian english fantasy.

A Chinese/Japanese setting would have been fucking amazing, but Ni-Oh already jumped on it. From would have made it a lot better with an interconnected world, a better loot system, and better online multiplayer.
