I don't have any lofty expectations and I'm generally wary of something that processed but I'd at least like to try it to see how close it really is. Lots of vegans love this and I'm wondering if it's from being so far removed from having tasted real meat or if there's really something to it. It's been a little over a month since I last had meat and I want to try something comparable to it before it's too far out of my mind.
