As in, what percent of the time do you choose handheld or TV mode? I'm including "tabletop mode" as handheld because let's be honest, it's handheld mode.

For me I'd say 80% handheld, 20% TV mode

If I had more TV access time it'd probably be even.

In my ideal situation, probably about 50/50. More recently it's been more like 90/10 in favor of handheld.

90% TV mode 10% Handheld.

The only games I have played Handheld was the entire Project Octopath demo and grinding star fragments in Zelda. TV everything else.

That will change depending on the game, but Mario, Zelda, Xenoblade and Fire Emblem warriors all seem like living room experiences to me.

About 95% handheld. I usully play it in bed or when I dont have access to TV. I usually play PS4 or watch something when I have the TV.

I think it is because the way I am playing now . I am playing BotW and I have beat most of the "story" so now in my free time I am just going around collecting things. So I try to collect a few horns then I put it down and do other things. I think if I was planing to play a game for hour or something I would play on the TV.

I figured TV would be default for adults and the kids don't have to quit when the girlfriend and I tell them to get off the game so we can watch a movie.

I've only ever used it handheld when I was traveling.

Tabletop mode. Which let's be real is closer to TV mode than it is to handheld mode.

I use my Switch as a frisbee.

It is literally handheld mode with the joy cons removed.

The only time I use handheld mode is when I want to watch tv at the same time.

Nah, I can leave the Joy Con's attached and still play in tabletop mode. Tabletop mode is TV mode just played with a different screen.

I like to be relaxed while I play, so I play in handheld. It's just the most convenient.

If I get any srs business games like Smash, I'll probably dock it and get a pro controller.

Depends on the game. Zelda has to be on TV. But Picross has to be handheld. Going off games I mainly play on TV, my usage is around 80% TV.

I've only done handheld like 6 times, that was just for flights. Between my apartment and work, I really don't go anywhere else where it would make sense for me to bring it.

overall probably 60/40 handheld/docked but in the last few months I've almost exclusively played it in handheld mode and I dont see that changing anytime soon
