And really cheats have historically existed largely because developers don't actually want to have to actually beat their hard-as-hell 80's games in order to fully test. Funny thing is, in Assassins Creed Rogue it's possible to use the infinite health code to beat the final extra hard Legendary Ship battle, then immediately disable the cheat and the game will think you did it legitimately causing the trophy to pop.
