I normally don't, but I have been today because I found this new girl and I want to keep seeing her naked even though I've exhausted myself already.

Other times when I have been tempted to do this, I told myself it was a sign I needed to slow down with porn a little bit because it's probably a sign of an unhealthy addiction to porn. But today I think it's just a temporary form of entertainment.

I push cardio every time at the gym. The most I went was 6 miles in one hour but damn I didn't want to do a damn thing after that. I was drenched.

I keep it easier now, 3 miles in an hour and not fast at all to take it easier on my joints, but I jack up that elevation to its highest to burn more calories.

Cool. I intentionally dont do cardio on days that I lift, because Im trying to put on some size. Ideally I would do about 20 minutes of cardio 3 days a week, but I usually skip it because its less important for my personal fitness goals. I already have a pretty fit-looking physique with slightly visible abs, so fat loss isnt a big priority of mine. Supposedly keeping at least a little layer of fat on you helps build muscle mass. Plus id rather look strong AF with a kind of bull-like physique than look like a body builder trying to make some kind of statement with his perfectly chiseled abs and whatnot. So I follow a strength-training routine rather than hypertrophy. My routine has me doing squats every time I lift weights. Supposedly thats the best exercise for your testosterone. I can believe it because I always feel like some giant beastly animal after Im done with them!
