It was for a GTA money cheat. The video was just someone painstakingly going through the entire process while a woman talked over it. This process was:

1) Search for the app (which was fucking surreal watching someone basically google and them having them zoom in on it)
2) Enter your username and amount of money you want (they chose 999,999,999,999 because of course)
3) "Sometimes" you'll have to do a verification to prove you're human. This was the most hilarious, scummy part of the video because you don't do a captcha or anything. No, instead you have to download two free apps and "follow the instructions." And yes, this video showed the entirety of them installing Clash of Clans and some Final Fantasy game.

I watched the entire thing just because I was so confused and astonished.

I've literally never played GTA Online. I didn't even get halfway through the story. I'm assuming it popped up because I watch the Yogscast who do some GTA race playlists.
