You're being so pedantic it hurts.

It doesn't matter that a fit woman will still be able to outrun a fat man. Running in a skirt effectively slows you down considerably. If you take two people with the same exact running speed and put one of them in a skirt, that person will lose a race every time. How much it slows down a person is hard to say without experimenting and will depend on the person, but it's undeniable that it will slow you down, period.

Men designed high heels when men still wore high heels (some still do, and I'm not referring to cross dressers) so that immediately disproves your whole theory. But I'll go on anyways.

Men weren't the ones to encourage women to dress in high heels, women were. And the reason for this also disproves your whole argument. Women don't wear high heels because they're painful or because theyre harder to run in or even because they're pressured to, they wear high heels because they make the woman more attractive. And on top of the pragmatic reasons women want to look good, women also just like feeling attractive.
