I really didn't see anything special in the performances. Honestly, Ronan really didn't tread any new ground here. It's typecasting at this point.

Well I've only seen Ronan in this and Brooklyn (and SNL) so I haven't seen enough of her to call it typecasting, I just think she's a good actress (I preferred her in Brooklyn too)

but yeah, overall it just really didn't live up to the hype. Like it's a good movie, but not spectacular
