Ryo Saeba was a lecherous womanizer, but Chan felt uncomfortable playing that role since he thought it made him look bad. He ended up removing that. Personally, I think Chan was afraid the Hong Kong tabloids would go ham on how he was playing himself. --- "But who prays for Satan? Ryo Saeba was a lecherous womanizer, but Chan felt uncomfortable playing that role since he thought it made him look bad. He ended up removing that. Maybe it's the style over there but the acting tends to be over the top (and this can be considered bad or cheesy, especially by Westerners).
