My wife and I have been together for four years now. I dont need to ask her how she feels about something because I already know. We know each other that well when it comes to the important stuff. We have only been together one year longer than the OP example. Our knowledge of each other didnt suddenly start in the last year. Frankly, it is really irrelevant why a girl decides to break up with her boyfriend. I will say it again. Either he, she, or both is/are quite shallow.
