I thought Netflix would be run better than youtube but it still has it's own stupid problems.

So it asks "who's watching." and then you can make I guess different "profiles" for different people. But I swear there's been times when I watch something and then someone says they're watching as someone else and it resumes the show from where I left off on my own profile. It went like this.

Sammy: *watches LotR until Frodo jumps on Gandalf's wagon.
Dad: *Clicks to watch LotR and it stars where Sammy left off.

So there's two "profiles", Sammy and Dad. When I watch something as me, it shouldn't be resumed on other profiles. There's no point in having separate profiles if that's going to happen.

Also, I started watching something, and instead of resuming where I left off, it started the episode over from the beginning.

I guess it is still better than youtube but I wasn't expecting small stupid problems like this.

That sounds dumb, but Netflix has been getting progressively worse for a long time now so I'm not surprised. I just cancelled my subscription last month. (Though I'll probably renew it once they put out a new season of Master of None)
