If they call again, tell them this call is "actionable" and not to call again. If they call again, sue them for psychological damages and use your records as proof they were negligent. Fun story: there was a guy who made thousands of dollars from law suits. He voluntarily submitted his phone number to scams and popups and when they contacted him, he did exactly as described above.
