You can choose any American citizen (native born or otherwise) that is currently alive and has their primary residence in America. Former American Males do not qualify.
All of the appointed will be referred to as "Bagwell" or "Riggs" and will get cool suspenders and maybe sunglasses for their face. Every year there will be a match at your Royal Rumble where all the living Males can see them coming and run for cover. You only get to name two each year.
