so those veggies you eat? start dipping them in humus or cheese wiz or something. that water you're drinking? swap it out for a nice refreshing glass of olive oil. that piece of lean chicken, swap it out for a bucket of KFC. Now if you are thin you probably stop eating sometime around the time you stop being hungry. That's incorrect. Don't stop eating until it becomes physically uncomfortable for you. I have one. I weighed 125 in high school. I'm in my thirties now and I got skinnier somehow. I am in the mid-thirties now, people joke at how my metabolism will now slow down and I will get fat, but no, on a good day I weigh 117lbs- much lighter than when I was in high school. And as it turns out I have a medical condition that will most likely keep me skinny until I die. I also eat fairly crappy and don't exercise. Just take in more calories. Soda has a shit ton of calories, as does white rice. Fast food is good too. A large Big Mac meal including the drink is around 1,350 calories.
