Welcome everyone to the BEST SOUTH PARK EPISODE EVER TOURNAMENT! PRESENTED BY CURRENT EVENTS!

As the first topic in this idea I've had for awhile, here is the basic groundwork.

INTRODUCTION

I looked at the Top 24 episodes of South Park ever, as based on user star ratings on IMDB. Tied episodes in ratings were given random number and put into seed that way. In each topic I will explain each episode that we are voting on.

Using Challong, I've created a tournament involving the Top 24 episodes of all time!

The 1-8 seeds have a bye in the first round, since that seems appropriate. Every day (or maybe twice a day depending on how 1-sided a vote gets) we will put up a new poll and see which episode out of the two is considered better. Winner moves on, loser is dropped. There will be a third place vote as well.

Butters' Very Own Episode is far & away the best episode of South Park not centered around the "main four", imo.
