There is just no good to this entire situation.

1) You have a real problem of toxic masculinity among some celebrities who think they can get away with doing whatever you want with women

2) Women now have the power to completely ruin any famous guy's life by claiming that they were sexually harassed without having to provide any shred of evidence, which obviously opens the door to a potentially dishonest woman taking advantage of the situation by making a story up and blackmailing someone for money

I never said that, so instead of getting emotional all time like you always do, pay attention.

People in power have power over everything. Not just sex. So why isn't a big deal that some person in power made you go grab coffee for the whole office when your job doesn't require that? Or any request an "underling" doesn't want to do but did just because saying no would fuck you over? If I told my last boss I didn't feel like dealing with his daughter anymore when I went to grab supplies at his house because she acted too slutty, he would have fired me. But I did it for years and resisted her advances.

So they had a 10 minute encounter, no actual sex because he stopped when she said no and then she did oral with him.
