TrevorBlack79 01/12/18 7:12:05 PM #19:	1990 IT is a god damn comedy ffs. 2017 IT has a couple good scares, but I'd classify it more as creepy than scary overall. Both are about equally faithful to the book, but in wildly different ways. Tbh neither is a particularly faithful adaptation - both cut out huge swaths of the book and neither is as terrifying. On their own merits, 2017 IT is a much better movie, but we'll have to see how part 2 plays out to factor it in. --- "a minority is someone who you can tell off the bat they are black/hispanic/colored.
