I'm living in a city that at times becomes the coldest place on earth. It regularly goes below -30 F.
Defrosters literally can not possibly keep up.

We don't get off for bad weather but we can just decide to work from home if weather is going to be bad. I never drive in if we have a chance of snow. Very nice been able to wake up and start work a few minutes later from home.
