The point is, everyone is just taking the accusation as if it is 100% true. I am just saying that it is just an accusation, which is about to get a formal investigation to see how much validity her claims have.

Again, she was unaware of the recording at the time.

Not saying this is what happened, so don't jump on me, but it is entirely possible the angered husband found out that his wife was having an affair with another man, and so the wife tried to gain sympathy when confronted by her husband. Not knowing that she was being recorded, she told her husband that the man [Eric Greitens] did these things to her, in order to not look as bad to her husband.

People try to soften their misdoings by deflecting.

I hope Eric Greitens did not do this as that would be a disgrace to his seat, and it would cast shame over Missouri voters, including myself, who voted for him. It is unfair to mock Missouri for voting for him as he seemed normal besides a few things that almost every person could be demonized for.

If it turns out true, and I was given this information before the election, then yes, I would have voted for Chris Koster.

Another thing is that the husband doesn't seem to be exactly doing this out of bring down a politician. It appears that it is mainly a thing of wanting to ruin a man who had sex with his wife at the time.

Unfortunately, this is a "he said, she said" case, so the best we can do is have each person involved, the wife, the husband, and Eric, possibly even Sheena, give their side of the story, and see where the faults in their stories lie.
