And seeing the results of it in each picture. I have a picture of me from 2 years ago, 3 months ago, and today. You can definitely see how much more sculpt my chin, jawline, and neck is. Still a ways to go, though. I'll be happy with dropping another 40lbs.

Awesome! Where you coming from? What do want to get to? What's your method? I too lost a bunch of weight, thank God. I went from 405 to 322 in about a year and a half. I want to get below 300.

Oh yes. No one but my sister and my closest friend gets to see my selfies. I hate personal pictures like that, because they speak of ego and seeking the validation of others. I have nothing to be egotistical about, and I don't seek any validation from strangers. I did have an old lady say I looked like I was 15 or 16 years old today, though.

I tell myself that for the first few pictures or even when Im not tryin to lose weight or gain muscle or anything. I just like taking pictures of myself and tell myself its for some good reason.

I have no idea my starting weight, but I'd been building towards this for the last two years by monitoring my portions to control when I was hungry and how much I ate when I was hungry. I also made small lifestyle changes, and developed those into habit. Then I got a huge chest cold last April and lost virtually all my appetite, which shrunk me a substantial amount. I've been steadily going down ever since. I'm currently sitting at 305lbs, which doesn't look that bad on someone that is 6'4. >_>

I obviously take a shit load of pics for utterly no good reason other than attention, but the ones where I specifically take them in the same position/room with the same lighting and shit meant to show muscle progression - those I don't show anyone.

Haven't done it in a while though since I don't do anything exceedingly excessive in the gym anymore.

I know, was just mentioning that I personally use the im losing weight/gaining muscle thing to make myself feel better. Because I as well take an alarming amount of pictures of myself.

Have you tried intermittent fasting? Its worked wonders for me when nothing else really did. Ive lost 26lbs since October 16. You should definitely look into it your weight loss has stagnated.
