Mega Man, once it was crossovered with Sonic. From there, the crazy sonic fans and for some reason the MLP fans followed suit. The fandom became a total cringefest. They were already kinda cringy from the beginning but with the inclusion of the other two cringy fandoms it got worse from there.

You sound like the kind of 'fan' that this topic is referring to in the first place.

That's fine and makes sense. It goes both ways. I'm not so dense as to disregard the notion that the GoT fans I prefer could be considered annoying.

Loved the hell out of Undertale when it came out, but a few friends and the people who got a bit too in to the hype make me a little ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh about it now. Still a good game, just can't bring it up without inciting rabid replies.

Rick & Morty fans have pushed it at times. Though tbh Justin Roiland's earlier internet stuff is better anyway.
