  I messed up with the presentation a bit, the chicken should've been more of a front figure. It's panko-breaded oven baked chicken tights with hot Mexican spices and marinade, with red quinoa and a cooling avocado sour-creme sauce with lime and cilantro and some roasted bell pepper and zuccini as a side. It turned out so fucking good and so tasty, everything melded together so well. I came up with the recipie on the spot while buying things at the store.
