Yeah, but the weird thing is, sometimes I've let really big ones even though it "felt" like not much was coming out (probably because it came out fast), and vice versa, so I always look to be sure.

Yes, but usually not till after the first or second wipe.

Reminds me of the first time I had a hemorrhoid burst. Got up, looked in the toilet, nothing but red. That was terrifying, thought I had severe internal bleeding.

Now I know that internal bleeding makes your poo look all charcoal like though, and tarry, so it's good to watch out for that.
