What part of Texas is that? I've only been to a few places, but my wreck was in Lampases (sp?) when I was on vacation in that state with my wife.

It offends me that the word is so close to being Armadillo but is different When I worked at Lonestar Steakhouse, we sold Armarillo Cheese Fries. They were just regular cheese fries. But all our low class clientele would be like 'get me some of them armadillo fries'. We also had people call our fried okra fried orca.
