I'm looking for jobs like that. It is based on finishing a project individually or with a team. The harder you work then the faster you can finish.

I have grown to hate work where you have to be stuck there a certain amount of hours and get paid horribly.

Some people can make it as freelancers and you specify a price you want to be paid to do a project. If you are good with estimating how long something will take it can work out well.

This really depends on your boss/employer more than a job or industry I'd say.

Jobs where you can work from home can help with this. If you're finished with your work, no one can stop you from doing something else while you're home.
