 Radiohead thinks so, so they're suing Lana Del Ray. The irony is Radiohead stole it from another band called The Hollies and had to pay out. I don't think these two songs sound alike at all. She also adds that the bands lawyers have been relentless, so theyll have to deal with it in court. I think there are some similarities, but not enough to conclude that she stole/copied or that they are entitled to anything from it

Sound alike? Yes. Copyright infringement? I don't think so. I mean, they don't seem close enough imo.

It does sound like Creep but not blatantly enough to be worth a lawsuit.
