But if loneliness and feelings of being invisible are a big deal to him, he's pretty much the only person that can do the work to alleviate those issues. No one will do it for him. I enjoy walking I can't even get the courage to take a walk in my neighborhood for fear of dogs.

life has changed for me drastically all I do in my life is eat watch be on the computer.

but I wish I could take a walk on the sidewalk it would really make me feel good but the huge mental block from being chased by dogs and dogs attacking has always been a strong fear of mine it's just gotten worst as I got older when I was younger I laughed in the face of danger and got chased by a lot of dogs but now I"m overweight and won't be able to out run dogs so I'll be mince meat.

but that's one thing I need to get over but it's hard and I live in a rough city so I might get shot at if I do walk the neighborhood theres been shooting in my city so not only are dogs stopping me but fear of getting a gun pulled on me.

also I have a fear of lizards and the reason I don't walk in my own yard for exercise for some reason lizards infestations around my yard also scare me so there's a lot of fears that are controlling my life and also the fear of being shot so I don't go out anywhere.

I would kill to have someone who took me under their wing and showed me the ropes of life like I said My mother didn't care and I didn't have a father to teach me manly things so I'm pretty much been raised as a woman.

since my grandmother only took care of me and my mother didn't waste her precious time teaching me anything or giving me any tools of life.

Like I been trying to lose weight I been counting my calories for close to a month now but haven't tried to exercise and I think that's holding my weight loss away

but NO one ever care to teach me anything and i pretty much just watched tv all my young life my parents didn't even try to steer me away from television so I pretty much just grew up wanting to watch tv all the time since that's all I know and when I turned 18 I really watched tv and went on the computer

I never really tried to work on myself aside from exercise but that's been taken away.
I just need a big brother to show me the ropes of something so I just don't watch tv or be on the computer all day.

I want a bike but my grandmother won't let me get one I wanna travel on my bike but like I said my grandmother and mom discourage me for doing anything for myself just being their lil helper at home

so it's not like I can just start doing whatever I want to do help myself seems like they just want me at home watching tv they have no umbridge to that

and I just do that as to not step on toes at home. I've asked to get a car they say no if I got a car I could go to a gym or a basketball court or track and start working out but then they say it's gonna cost too much money and what not. so I'm not getting any encourgement at home to do anything then what I'm doing

I would also say him lacking motivation is not his fault, since it's probably a result of his mental state/upbringing.

TC, as far as getting sex is concerned, I was in exactly the same boat as you until last November (I'm 25). I have some advice, PM me if you're curious enough.

As for everything else...yeah, start by showering every day; that's super important. Take it all in one step at a time.
