Whenever I hold on to one, lots of the time the content will fall out.

I eat the outside in a circular fashion then eat the middle

But sometimes if the burger is too sloppy I just say fuck it and eat it back to front

Cut it in half first. Makes it manageable.

Toast the bottom of the buns, then turn them upside down onto the burger. This allows you to grip the toasted texture side of the bun with your hands and it keeps everything in place.
