From a gameplay perspective, I'd max Futaba because you presumably already you have have baton pass and stat recovery on Makoto. Beyond that, I'd advise you prioritize the fortune and temperance confidants because they make it a lot easier to complete the other links before the games end. --- Whatever happened to standards?
