Absolutely. Atheism just means you don't believe in a god.

It has absolutely no bearing on your belief in anything else supernatural.

I would think a theist would be less inclined to believe in luck, since they could always rationalize it as part of God's plan.

Theist = Christian, though. Religions have varying views on luck, fortune, or chance.

Luck isn't necessarily a supernatural concept. The odds have to work out right for someone.

But luck is the inherent belief that probability can be manipulated either by a person, deity, or supernatural creature, at least unless science discovers some sort of tangible force behind probability.
