I know I have been gaining muscle, but I need to do a little something about my belly(according to everyone around me, I don't have a belly, but I think I do because I do not see my abs)

Cook the following in a bit of olive oil on the stove (chopped):

Broccoli
Brussels sprouts
Asparagus
Spinach
Kale
Sweet potato

Make like a big pot so it lasts 2 or 3 days in the fridge. You can eat it alone or as a side or whatever, but I like mixing it with rice or quinoa, with hot sauce and lemon juice

I like making an apple and pecan chicken salad for lunch sometimes.

Spinach
Arugula
Diced apple
Toasted pecans
Chicken breast
A light vinaigrette, or sometimes just a drizzle of olive oil and lemon juice
