c my old roommates didn't give me my mail

treewojima 12/29/17 6:42:23 PM #1:	Long story short, I bought a new car and somehow the DMV didn't validate that my insurance had switched over. They mailed me a letter on the 1st of the month saying to correct it by the 25th (of all days) or else my license would be suspended and my license plates revoked. They didn't tell me I had mail until the 26th. They're also saying it's my fault for not checking with them, despite saying they'd give me a shout if anything in my name came to that address. I'm fucking pissed. They sat on three letters with bold "IMPORTANT - RESPONSE REQUIRED" text on the envelope for almost a month. <cite>treewojima posted [p:893086657] in My license... I probably shouldn't be considering how icy things got when I told them I'd be moving out. They seemed to take it personally.
