This. I mean if you can push rocks with the force, what is stopping her from pulling herself to a ship, that is much much bigger than her?

Apparently you think the vacuum of space is filled with some sort of material the stops people from moving? Or do you believe people instantly die in space?

You're talking about the ending, right? That was definitely Rey, she even says a line referencing a conversation she has with Luke about the Force moving rocks, before using the Force to move the rocks.

I think the 'Leia Poppins' is riffing on that scene following the destruction of the bridge, when Leia pulls herself back to ship.

Oh thanks that's the exact article I was going to post!

Vacuums are indeed lethal: Under extremely low pressure air trapped in the lungs expands, tearing the tender gas-exchange tissues. This is especially grave if you are holding your breath or inhaling deeply when the pressure drops. Water in the soft tissues of your body vaporizes, causing gross swelling, though the tight seal of your skin would prevent you from actually bursting apart. Your eyes, likewise, would refrain from exploding, but continued escape of gas and water vapor leads to rapid cooling of the mouth and airways.

Water and dissolved gas in the blood forms bubbles in the major veins, which travel throughout the circulatory system and block blood flow. After about one minute circulation effectively stops. The lack of oxygen to the brain renders you unconscious in less than 15 seconds, eventually killing you. "When the pressure gets very low there is just not enough oxygen. That is really the first and most important concern," Buckey says.

So basically if Leia did survive, she'd be extremely bloated, blind from her eyes boiling away, and braindead.

I think this is what Fishy means:

Because there is no air pressure to keep your blood and body fluids in a liquid state, the fluids would "boil." Because the "boiling process" would cause them to lose heat energy rapidly, the fluids would freeze before they were evaporated totally (There is a cool display in San Francisco's science museum, The Exploratorium, that demonstrates this principle!). This process could take from 30 seconds to 1 minute. So, it was possible for astronaut David Bowman in "2001: A Space Odyssey" to survive when he ejected from the space pod into the airlock without a space helmet and repressurized the airlock within 30 seconds.

I'm not too concerned about any one character more than I am that this series seems to be turning into Harry Potter in space fast with just enough of the old stuff (the original droids, Chewbacca and the Millenium Falcon, basically the same rebels versus empire conflict, yoda, etc.) to keep older fans nostalgic. The original trilogy had great story with what was at the time great special effects. Now there's a ton of plot holes while you are bukaked with special effects.

She didn't pull herself to the ship, she pulled the ship to her. Palpatine was thankful he didn't duel Leia instead of Luke

Snoke is on the same ship as Hux

Vader was on the same ship as the random crew member he killed.

Hux isn't on the same ship as Snoke until after Snoke's ship shows up alongside the other two star destroyers after that first jump to lightspeed. He travels to the flagship to give Snoke an update on their progress in person. Then, for the rest of the movie, he and Snoke are on the same ship. Prior to that, they are a significant distance away from one another.
