I have had no interest in Zelda since Ocarina of Time so that is out.
Trying to decide between Mario Odyssey Splatoon 2 Mario+Rabbids or some other amazing switch game that I am not aware of... Zelda is more like the first Zelda game than Ocarina of Time.

If you don't have Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, get it. It's incredible. If Mario Kart isn't your thing, then definitely Mario Odyssey. Although Mario + Rabbids and Splatoon 2 are also great choices.
