Like the topic says. Have an LG 4k TV I would like to hook my computer up to. I decided to use my HDMI cable from my PS4 until I noticed that my card only has 1 HDMI port.

Can't you just connect PC to monitor via VGA cable and then PC to TV via HDMI?

This is correct, if you want dual monitors you will have to connect through both your HDMI and your DVI (or VGA whatever the connection is) if you don't have the correct hook-up you can always get an adapter to go with whatever connection you need. OK, good to know. I'll go and try to find a dvi cable tomorrow. It might be easier than finding a dp-to-hdmi cable.
