Are you getting the increased urges to commit a murder-suicide? That's the worst effect of SSRIs and while it only has effects ~4% of users it's still alot of people globally since so many people use them.

Although if you are you won't be able to kill many people since you are European and I know that you don't have guns.

My dreams are even more intense, makes me sleep much, hard to sometimes know what was real and a dream. My emotions are more dampened. But the worst is harder to stay hard.

Can you go back to a lower dosage on your own? Cut the pills while you wait to change it. You can also measure out the powder inside capsules but make sure you put that back in a capsule.

They are pills that you can divide. I can go back to my regular dose on my own
