It's still early enough that it could be nothing. But I don't know.

Friday I was sick with a really bad cold, so on Saturday my sister took me to the store to get some medicine. I had already taken some basic daytime cold pills so I bought some Mucinex expectorant - I've taken that combination before whenever I got a bad cold.

Anyway, right after that we headed out of town for the family Christmas party. On the road I started getting drowsy, and then out of nowhere things started going south. I got really hot, my ears started ringing, I felt like throwing up, and I barely had the strength to communicate any of it to anyone else. Thankfully that only lasted two or three minutes at most, but I remained drowsy for pretty much the rest of the night. For the whole party I was awake, but mostly out of it.

When I got home I got ready for bed, and as I was lying down I noticed some pressure in my head, right around my right eye. I thought maybe it was during to lying on my right side, but I switched to my left side and it was still there. Then I thought I could sleep it off, but it was still there in the morning. And right now, 24 hours later. I don't recall if it was there during the party since I was so out of it, but I've definitely had it all day.

It's not a severe pain; more like a dull throbbing constantly reminding me that it's there. I tried ibuprofen and an ice pack but those didn't help either. I have no idea what it could be.

Googled it, and got a laugh out of the term "nasal douche."

Forgot about sinus pressure though; I didn't even know about it until a coworker told me recently. That's a good possibility.
