Never had to work christmas day but I've had to work christmas eve several times. A couple times until midnight.

I would normally but I have enough Vacation time and seniority to get off. Back in the day If Xmas fell on my days off I would switch with people so they could take off and be with their family. I don't really celebrate Xmas for religious reasons, but they do.
