Like, imagine if there's an ID card that is created (idk what they'd call it, a Trump ID or something) that you get in exchange for donating to the GOP.

Everyone who donated, even just a dollar, gets a Trump ID. It's like a driver license, with your name an address and everything, and can be used for anything such as identifying yourself when voting or buying alcohol.

Then some state and federal services could be made exclusive to Trump ID holders. Or some businesses like bars, coffee shops, hair salons, etc., could have a big sign out front that says Trump ID voters only or something.

Like, little by little, make it so that people who don't have a Trump ID more and more marginalized in society. Like, they can't attend college or send their kids to school, they can't ride on city buses, they can't shop at certain stores, they can't be treated at certain medical clinics, etc.

And many judges could just justify it by saying that it's not discrimination because anyone can easily sign up for a Trump ID all they have to do is donate some money to the GOP. It shouldn't be too difficult to fill the federal courts with judges that can agree to this.

And also, since Ginsburg and the other liberal judges on the Supreme Court are very advanced in age, it's likely Trump will have the chance to replace them with like-minded judges that could decide in his favor.

Then, once the system is in place, it's easy to decide who gets to have a Trump ID. It doesn't have to be publicized. They could use secrecy and red tape to refuse to give out IDs to people they don't like.
