My mom wanted earmuffs (the traditional kind instead of the wrap-around) and I went to 6 different stores before I found them. Target, Walmart, Kohl's, Old Navy, JCPenney, and finally Macy's had them.
Kohl's had them but the only kind there had catgirl ears on them. For fucks sake How can you only carry a novelty item for such a simple clothing accessory? It wasn't even some weird company either. All their other stuff was completely normal. But their earmuffs? Cat ears only. Like it wasn't even frilly and pink and covered in chibi anime art or anything like that. Thats because earmuffs are hideous.

Thats because earmuffs are hideous. I had no idea it was going to be that hard to find. I was doing other Christmas shopping so I figured I could pick it up along with everything else.
