ok so I looked it up and it sounds like the problem is that when they wrote the contracts for the voice actors in the game, they didn't include anything about future re releases or digital distribution in regards to royalties to the voice actors. so there is no legal way for them to put it on the US psn. I guess the laws are different in Japan or they used better contracts there. but the fucked up on the legalese for the dub and that's why we can't download Brave Fencer Musashi
