Nat Geo might make the best ones, idk why they aren't more popular but stuff like jurassic park is much bigger than documentaries. How about nature videos on youtube, in particular lion videos

I like documentaries about science, history, and archaeology. Nature documentaries mostly bore me. Earth and Oceans were pretty good though.

Because most dinosaur documentaries consist of a whole lot of "we think this might be the case, but we don't know much about this dinosaur," whereas Jurassic Park and the like are a constant barrage of "LOOK AT HOW COOL AND EXCITING THESE DINOSAURS ARE." Most people who think dinosaurs are cool aren't that interested in the academic side of paleontology and all the gaping holes in the knowledge there. They're more into how cool the conclusive finished product is, and Hollywood acts much more conclusive than paleontologists actually are, so they provide more cool dinosaur stuff.
