That I believe each note carries some sort of premium over face value for one reason or another. Even if its minimal. This is a free hobby, so I find bills in circulation, then if i dont think they have value i spend them or deposit them in the bank.

The one good thing about all this is, I dont spend this money unless I take time and decide to release the bill in question back into circulation. This matters because its money I am not spending, but I have if I have an emergency. But I dont consider it spendable because its potential value over face keeps me grounded.

So because of this i've noticed a noticeable increase in my finances, because I have regular money in the bank, then in addition several hundred dollars i have stashed away.
